We’ve designed this page to answer your most common questions: how to park, where to go, and what to do first. Please skim the sections below and watch the short parking video before arriving.
First Things First. When You Arrive.
1. Park, head to the registration table and check in
2. Bring your belongings inside
3. Get settled in your room
4. Join us for the opening session at 6:20 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM
Where to Park
Enter via the main entrance of Saint Anthony Retreat Center and immediately turn right upon entering. Follow the signs for WorkLight Challenge Weekend. Volunteers will be present during check‑in to direct you to available stalls.
Please avoid reserved or staff‑only spots
Getting Settled
Pick up your room and group assignment at check‑in. We've created a packing list for you to ensure you have everything you need for the weekend. If you need a special accommodation, let our team know and we’ll do our best to help.
Make your way to the Sister Mary Gertrude Center. You'll see a check-in table at the end of the parking lot, next to the building. Let us know your name and we'll get you checked in. If you come after the 6:00 PM, join us at the Bishop Libert Hall or Mother Alexandrine Hall. Find anyone with the orange Challenge Weekend shirts and we'll get you checked-in.

JJ is a pastor of more than 20 years and former chairman of HALO, a faith-based nonprofit touching tens of thousands for Jesus. He has spent his career bringing together churches, business leaders, elected officials, and community organizations to create real opportunity where people live. He is also the owner of Hale AI LLC, Klete LLC, and MedSquared Inc., where he builds AI-native technology and leads marketing and strategy for clients across real estate, healthcare, automotive, and nonprofit sectors.

Talk 2: A Love Story
Dr. Margaret is a faith-driven leader, educator, and community mobilizer who serves on the Executive Team of WorkLight Hawaii and gives her days to strengthening families, ministries, and communities across the islands. She serves as Community Director at King’s Oahu and leads For Liberty & Justice and LifeWise Academy in Hawaii. Her work brings faith, structure, and steady care to the people and institutions she serves throughout Hawaii.

Talk 3: Responding to God’s Love
Nam is the owner of Radiance Red Light Clinic and Lifeline DME, bringing a blend of wellness innovation and healthcare supply expertise to Hawaii’s business community. She attended the University of Hawaii at Mānoa and spent eight years as Head of HR for the Hawaii division of C&S Wholesale Grocers, the nation’s largest grocery wholesaler. Drawing on that experience, she now leads two ventures dedicated to improving health and quality of life across Hawaii.

Talk 4: Experiencing the Power of the Holy Spirit
Jack went from an orphanage in Cebu, Philippines, where Reverend Oscar Camomot became a mentor and surrogate uncle, to launching multiple businesses by his early twenties. He attended his first CiC/WorkLight meeting in the early 1980s and has built and led ventures across several industries in the decades since. With Reverend Oscar, he founded a foundation giving orphans and vulnerable children in Cebu the same stable, faith-rooted start that shaped his own life.

Talk 5: Growing in our Relationship with Jesus
Signe was born and raised in Honolulu and is a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother whose family has always been at the center of her life. She founded Olsten Staffing in 1987, building it into a respected name in the islands, and was recognized among Hawai’i’s Top 25 Women in Business and as a YWCA Woman Leader. Now retired, Signe serves as a mediator and, since 2025, as a WorkLight Board Member, bringing decades of leadership into ministry.
Dr. Kalani Ayau

Talk 6: Stewards of Creation
Kalani is a former physician whose mission is to bring his knowledge and passion into humanitarian work guided by the Holy Spirit. He has led multiple projects across hospitality, senior home care in China, and renewable energy, domestically and internationally. After a divine calling to feed, clothe, and house His people, he focuses on community outreach in Oahu’s rural, under-served areas. He has been a WorkLight member since 2022 and serves as WorkLight Hawaii Chapter President.
